Pizza Hut is an odd one for me - I don't actually like their pizza. This branch is often very busy as it's very small for such a central eatery. This means that you can, on occasion, have to wait to be seated. It also means that there can be quite a wait involved for your food to be served. With the relatively few waiters and waitresses rushing about between tables, it's easy to think they've forgotten about you. But they are always personable and I have not yet ACTUALLY been forgotten about there.
As mentioned, I am not a fan of their pizza. It doesn't even compare to Domino's, and I actually much prefer many frozen pizzas over Pizza Hut. Their pizzas aren't overly expensive, but I feel they aren't worth the price. Free drinks refills are important as the pizza needs a lot of washing down. The desserts, however, are superb. I would definitely recommend the desserts there (I had a chocolate fudge cake thing that was probably the best thing I've ever eaten in my entire adult life), and the starters are pretty great too. It's just the pizza that's the problem -

Don't go to Pizza Hut often really disappointed there was barley any pizza and every time I went up either seem to be left out for ages or hardly any.
Service was really bad got spoken to once and when my bill came I was charged nearly double!! When I questioned it the manger himself was rude to me.
Quick fix if your hungry and need to sit down not really impressed tbh on the whole experience today . On a good note desert was yummy. -

What is there to say? It's a Pizza Hut in central Birmingham. As they go it's perfectly acceptable, but not outstanding. I guess the best thing about this place is that it's a reasonable quick sit-down meal near to New St station and various pubs and shops.
If it's lunchtime though, I suggest that you spend the extra few quid and go to Chez Jules across the road (they do good lunch deals) -

A typical pizza hut which offers good tasty pizza at reasonable prices.
Pizza hut can become quite packed and you will find you sometimes need to wait to get seated.
Service is good and staff are great as they always seem to be at pizza hut restaurants.
Unlimited drinks is always the best part and the buffet can be good value for money if you take advantage of it.
Situated in a good area and is a better than average pizza hut and i would say you should use this particular one over others, except if it is busy.
OVerall very good place to eat. -

All you can eat pizza!? This Pizza Hut is a dingy, basement-type affair.
If you want quick pizza, then the buffet here will do the job. But don't expect too much taste, or overly friendly service. The staff are nothing if not busy
Handy for NS Station though.
